About Jennifer Davis

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 2010. During law school, Jennifer gained experience in various areas of law through three different clerkships and an externship. She was a recipient of the Goldstein Scholarship, served as the President of the Environmental Law Society, a Grade Appeal Panelist and a Peer Advisor. Jennifer also obtained her Certificate of Law in Environmental and Law Use Law.

Jennifer began her legal career at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation as Assistant General Counsel. In this role, she handled the regulation of insurance companies in the State of Florida, and assisted in drafting surplus insurer legislation. Before joining Levy Law Group, Jennifer was an associate working with Lauren D. Levy for several years at a national law firm where she worked in the insurance coverage department. She specializes in civil litigation, specifically in first party property claims. Her experience expands into numerous areas, including arson, fraud, water loss, hurricanes, late notice, claim exaggeration, collapse, non-compliance with post-loss duties, earth movement, fire, wear and tear, and faulty maintenance. During her years of practice, she has gained valuable experience by assisting in litigating cases from their pre-suit stage through trial.

Jennifer is a member of the Florida Bar, The Bar of the United District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
